Notice is hereby given that the Register of Shareholders of State Bank of Travancore will remain closed from Thursday, the 5^th May 2011 to Saturday, the 7^th May 2011 (both days inclusive) for payment of dividend (if any) for the 12 month period ended the 31^st March 2011 (i.e. 1^st April 2010 to 31^st March 2011) to the shareholders whose names stand registered in the books of the Bank as on the 4^th of May 2011.

It is also hereby informed that payment of Dividend shall be made on May12, 2011.
